Local evaluation privacy notice
Purpose and information
This release is a local evaluation of ContractCanvas AI Inc.’s proposed consulting workflow. Do not enter personal or client-confidential information. Deal fields, source attachments, typed reviewer names, negotiation notes, task observations and test enquiry details are stored in this browser.
Where information goes
The application opens from local files. No external model, analytics, email, payment or signature service is connected. Downloaded documents and backups remain on the device. Do not enter real client information in this release.
Control and retention
Records remain until browser storage is cleared or the Delete local workspace control is used. Backups and downloads are separate files and are not removed by workspace deletion. Keep only the copies needed for evaluation. Browser storage is not an encrypted shared account.
Evaluation requests
The request form stores form-test inputs locally and supplies a local reference. It does not establish customer participation, transmit a message or promise follow-up. Local requests appear under Evaluation requests in the workspace.
Before actual collection
The company must configure its responsible privacy contact, collection purpose and authority, access controls, hosting and processor arrangements, retention, deletion and response procedures before collecting actual information. This preview is not a representation that those controls are operating.
Opening the workspace
The local workspace opens without a name, email address or account. Records stay in browser storage on this device. Clear the workspace to remove its records; downloaded files must be deleted separately.
