Questions and answers
Understand the workflow before trying it.
Who is the first evaluation for?
A boutique consulting owner or engagement lead who repeatedly prepares and revises project scopes and fees. The first task tests a fixed-scope workflow.
What can I do in the beta?
Edit scope, inspect direct costs, review versions, generate commercial outputs, record changes and save local feedback. Engagement templates provide starting structures for different consulting tasks.
Does it use a connected AI model?
No external model is connected in this release. Labelled-field extraction and calculations run locally. Model-assisted functions remain a separate development and evaluation stage.
Does approval sign an agreement?
No. The prototype records an entered review decision against a local version. It does not authenticate the reviewer or obtain a client signature.
Can I use real client information?
Do not enter personal or client-confidential information. Production use requires an agreed data scope and tested access, storage and retention controls.
Where does a request go?
Requests are saved in this browser’s requests queue. They are not emailed or booked online.
How will subscription pricing be set?
Pricing will follow supplier quotations and evaluation of account, usage and support needs. The local beta collects no payment.
What is direct contribution?
Fee less the direct delivery costs included in the estimate. Its percentage uses fee as the denominator. It excludes costs not entered, such as overhead and acquisition, and is not net profit.
Can I export and recover work?
Download proposals, worksheets and an Excel workspace backup. Restore the backup from Recovery.
Are the agreement drafts approved for every province?
No. The library provides transaction drafts with a British Columbia starting point where stated. Parties, scope and applicable requirements need review for the actual transaction.
How should I evaluate it?
Use equivalent workflow tests in your existing process and the beta. Record completeness, assistance, active time and version errors, then test another task after corrections.
