Practical guide

Build search content that answers a consulting question

Organize an article around a decision, a worked method and a useful next step.

Choose a specific question

“How should we price another workshop?” is more actionable than a broad page about business transformation. State the decision, show the assumptions and calculate an example. Explain what the method leaves out so the reader can judge its use.

Make the answer accessible

Use descriptive titles, readable text, headings and relevant internal links. Keep important explanations in the page rather than only in an image. Give the reader a worksheet or task that follows naturally from the article.

Keep search promises realistic

Google’s guidance says ordinary SEO practices remain relevant to its AI search features and that no special AI markup is required. Eligibility does not guarantee indexing or appearance. A useful FAQ can answer readers without promising a rich result.

Review after publication

Once a real domain is approved and deployed, inspect indexing and query performance. Compare qualified task starts with visits, and revise articles that attract the wrong audience or leave the central question unanswered. ContractCanvas’s current files are a local, noindex preview with no public ranking or traffic claim.
